CPP HOURLY SITE RATES - as of October 2021

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES if applicable:    
BOND – Determined by event type – Minimum $250 & Maximum $1500 (Refundable)
Key replacement fee  $150
Cleaning  from $150
Rubbish removal  from $120
Furniture & equipment hire   POA
Consecutive Full Day hire and major events   POA
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. 50% deposit of hire fees with 7 days of receiving invoice to secure booking.
2. The balance of all fees including the Bond 30 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION FEES:
Less than 30 days notice – no refund.
More than 30 days notice – full refund less 10% administration fee.
NOTES:
The fee structure outlined herein is for general bookings only i.e., meetings, training programs, information sessions etc. Pricing for weddings and special events i.e., parties, anniversaries, memorial services etc. will be provided on request.

* 2 hour minimum hire will be charged for all sites
